He agreed to provide blue prints for a pergola that we had built to the city of Denver and work with us until we received a permit. We still have received our permit and he hasn t completed the remaining drawing. He has discontinued communication any and all communication as of last call was 5/29/26 & email was back even further in March of this year. I have tried various and numerous forms forms of communication with no response from Mr. Price. We had offered to send him money towards our contract, but he would never give us an address where to send it! He also would never give us anything in writing as to a receipt for 1st payment or an written agreement of services he was going to be proividing for the agreed upon amount.

We had our master shower leak which became a larger issue than we expected. The previous owner did a sub par job remodeling the bathroom causing multiple issues. With the stress of trying to figure out what to do, timing, and costs we found Kevin. Kevin came to the house to look at the bathroom and listen to our concerns, hopes, wants, and needs. Kevin did a great job listening and asking clarifying questions to ensure he understood us. Kevin left and a few days later emailed us a new floor plan and design for the bathroom. He called to discuss the new design and answered questions. He did a great job describing why he designed the bathroom the way he did. We were very happy with Kevin’s work and moved forward with the project. Kevin was able to design the entire bathroom to make it look modern, reuse a lot of what we had, and make it more open and flow much better. I would and will hands down hire Kevin again for any other house projects. Highly recommend!
