They provided an easy to follow list of instructions to ensure my living spaces would be ready for treatment the following day, and even offered to assist me in moving my furniture and the contents of my cabinets back to their original locations after the treatment. Garrett and Kevin provided me with a detailed account of all the products and application techniques used during the service, and gave an in-depth explanation regarding the function of each item used, both in-person and in a work order for me to refer to after the treatment was complete. These guys are new on the scene but bring years of experience to the table. They a polite, professional but eager to meet our pest control needs. They pointed out a couple of potential entry points for rodents and other pests. They advised me about trimming my shrubbery so that it doesn't touch my house. Great experience with this new group.

Garrett and Kevin have been great to work with! We hired them to mostly monitor our rodent concerns as we have chickens and pigs on our property and we noticed some activity around our home. They were easy to communicate with and were available to come out on weekends which was really important for us due to our work schedules. They were very knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient. Kevin and Garrett were thorough in checking our home and the property buildings looking for entry points for rodents and checked our crawl space. They also gave us some great suggestions on what we could do to minimize the entry points that they did find. The schedule we signed up for was for them to monitor the bait stations and rodent activity bi-monthly. About 2 weeks before they were scheduled to come back out for their 2nd service, we noticed some new rodent droppings near one of the main entry point areas, so we called them to see if we should wait until our next scheduled service or if they should come sooner to check the activity. They were happy to offer an in-between service at no additional charge to asses the situation. During each service and in the phone calls, Timber Pest Control listened to our concerns, asked helpful questions, and then were great at explaining what was most likely happening. We highly recommend their services.
