We hired them. First, there is no phone number by which you reach them. You have to contact them by email. Sean stated he had ordered the windows and they would arrive in 3-4 weeks. After four weeks and not hearing anything, I emailed him to ask if the windows had arrived and when they would begin the project. He replied a couple of days later stating the windows had arrived and they would be here the week of June 22. On Thursday of that week 6/25, I emailed him to find out if they were coming that day or Friday. He replied the next week stating that weather (there had been no rain for weeks at that point), subcontractors, and other factors had them running behind, but he was going to work on the schedule that weekend for the next two weeks. It is now another two weeks later, and I have yet to hear back from him. We wanted the windows early this summer because we were waiting for the egress windows to be installed prior to having a landscaper come and redo that area of the yard. Thus, the landscaper has been delayed, and we do not have much more time here in Minnesota to get plantings in before autumn. I would not recommend this firm.
