Darrell and Theresa were absolutely fantastic to work with. Theresa was very attentive and quick to get us scheduled for a quote, and Darrell went above and beyond to repair and refinish our pine floor. The floor had been used and abused by the previous owner, leaving us with a pungent smell and a lot of worn areas. Darrell explained his process thoroughly and took great care of the existing wood floor. The floors look BRAND NEW. I am absolutely blown away with his work and have recommended Timberlake Flooring to several others! We appreciate the Timberlake family so much and intend to use them for future projects!

My floors were stunning when the job was completed... old red oak, nailed down and they matched it so you can't tell what was new and what was old. Great floors!

We had Timberlake Hardwood refinish the hardwood in our home. From the very start Theresa was great in scheduling a meeting for a quote then actually scheduling the job once we had decided to use Timberlake. Theresa's husband Darrel does the actual floor work. He removed trim and doors, sanded the entire floor with multiple grades of sandpaper then applied two coats of oil and one of water based finish. Lastly he refinished the and remounted the trim and replaced the door. Darrel is a very skilled and knowledgable individual and takes great pride in his work. He kept us informed of what he was doing, what was coming next and explained each step. We are extremely happy with the job Timberlake did and very much enjoyed getting to know both Darrel and Theresa. I would not hesitate to recommend Timberlake for any hardwood needs you may have.

I would highly recommend Darrel to work on your flooring project very knowledgeable started project as scheduled completed sooner than expected worked through the weekend. Floors look great worked around out new cabinets without damaging them. Darrel even offered to come out and help install our new refrigerator with his special equipment that floats the appliance so it does not damage the finish on the floor did not even ask for additional charge but we went ahead and gave him a little extra for his effort. Can't say enough good things about Timberlake Theresa answered any questions and was easy to get ahold of.

Went above and beyond in every way. As a DIYer I'm reluctant to rely on others to do the job but Timberlake flooring is amazing. Every aspect from the pricing, explanation of the work, quality of the work and customer service was fantastic. No big business can provide what these folks do! The staircase and the floors look amazing. I wish them the very best!

Mr. Timberlake came to our house and evaluated the the floor. He indicated that a sanding was not necessary. He is very personable and knowledgeable in his profession. If we ever have any issues with our wood floors, we would not hesitate to do business with him. He appears to be a very honest man. Mr. Timberlake did not perform any work during his visit.

The years of experience Darrell has truly shows in his work. He's very thorough and treats your home like it was his with pride. Not only did he refinish my hardwood floors he installed LVT in my laundry room and kitchen all for a very reasonable price. You won't be disappointed if you hire them cause they are a great team.

Timberlake is an AWESOME operation. They actually ANSWER the phone with a real person who knows what she is talking about, Theresa. I had French doors replaced with a new slider on June 16th. While the patio door installers were here, I did a HomeAdvisor search and came up with Timberlake Hardwood Flooring, because they had so many excellent reviews in HomeAdvisor. I called, Theresa answered. I said I would like this completed before the 4th since I have guests coming on July 1st. Darrell was at my house on Sunday 9:30 am June 26th. He came back on Thursday June 30th with a co-worker and completed the maple hardwood repair and finish. Theresa called to confirm the night before. The fact that Theresa answered the phone on my first call was enough for Timberlake to get the job. Result, excellent match to my 19 year old floor. Awesome! Darrell really knows floors. I will have him back in the future to refinish the maple floors. I will close with this. If you need any flooring done you stop here Timberlake Hardwood Flooring is it. Don't waste your time calling and getting bids from anyone else. Oh yea and the price for my tiny job was really fair. Thank you again!

Project was to refinish existing red oak floors and install new in additional areas. Timberlake was thorough in seeking to understand our needs and desires, and their price was the lowest of the three we obtained. The results are fabulous and we are thoroughly satisfied with the work, the price and the customer service! Darrell (owner) was informative, thorough and patient in explaining options and making recommendations. We needed an accelerated schedule and they met our objective. When a problem was identified, he came out to rework the area to our complete satisfaction without hesitation or additional cost. We recommend Timberlake without reservation!

Darrell and Chad did a great job repairing water damage and refinishing our red oak floors, even repaired a 'spongy' board left over from the original install years ago (different company). The floors came out looking fantastic! Theresa coordinated all the scheduling and everything came together without a blip. Very professional, very thorough, and very customer friendly. I cannot recommend this company enough! They were awesome! They knew we had a problem where we paid another service to wreck our hardwood floors. (We were putting our home on the market, as we needed to make a cross-country move). They were extremely emphatic, and understood the nature of having our needs met. Their unbelievable team showed up pronto, gave us the assessment and remedied immediately. It was all done in three days. The work on the floor is spectacular, and as a sidebar, we listed and got an offer immediately. We received several offers, but technically, it was sold in a day. It was less than a week from bid to finish of install. From the first call to Theresa in the office to the completion of the project by Darrell and Chad, the installers everything was professionally handled with a friendly and caring attitude. My home was left immaculate, they even vacuumed the driveway. My Bamboo floor in the noffice is beautiful and a true example of their craftsmanship and talent. The Installers attitude and personalities made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. They moved everything in and out of the room and made sure that I was thoroughly satisfied before the left. I would highly reccoment Timberlake Hardwood Flooring without hesitation. Quality, service and experience beyond compare.

Darryl did a great job on the refinishing of my maple hardwood floors. After 15 years of dogs and kids, they were scratched and dinged. They look perfect now! I needed to have the project done in a quick turnaround, and Teresa worked magic with their schedule to meet my timeline. I couldn't be happier. Darrell did an outstanding job in repairing our flooring damaged by rain due to a poorly sealed front door. He even went above and beyond and helped us install a proper seal to our door to make sure the leak didn't happen again. Darrell is extremely knowledgeable in all kinds of wood flooring and is very detail oriented. You will get a high quality product and service with Timberlake Hardwood Flooring. Darrell and Theresa were excellent to work with! I hired them to re-do our laminate floor that was poorly installed by a different person. Darrell came out for an initial estimate and provided multiple options to fix the floor. He definitely had our best interest in mind when estimating. We felt so comfortable with him that we didn't even ask for estimates from anyone else. Darrell was thorough, detailed, and communicative with his progress. The job was finished better than we had expected and was right on time before our guests arrived for Thanksgiving. Thank you Darrell and Theresa!
