I was very excited to hire this company based on my initial meeting when the representative came to view my house and give me an estimate. The following week when they came I was extremely disappointed. Aside from vacuuming nothing was done. I thought I had just wasted $60. I immediately contacted the company and they offered to return a week later to clean for free to earn my business back. I accepted the offer and was hopeful. Unfortunately, they never showed up and I seem to be out $60. I've asked for at least a partial refund although I'm not feeling optimistic.
