We needed to re-roof our house and didn't really know where to turn for a contractor. Frank and his team stepped in, worked with our insurance, and made it all happen with very little work required on our end. They made the process very simple, finished in a timely manner, and went above and beyond with our insurance provider to make sure we didn't owe more than our deductible for the whole project. Highly recommended team of professionals, and we will use them again for future contracting needs.

Water Removal Recovery Service
Tim and Vanessa set me at ease and took care of everything after flooding and water damage to our home. They were able to handle all phases of the project and take care of insurance processing. Great job

Vanessa really worked with the stone in front of my house. the stone was stained by well water from the sprinkler system. It looked 97% better. The stains were years old. I commend her for a job welldone.

Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Tim went out of his way to work around a special request we had for scheduling, this was truly appreciated. Customer Service was amazing, they kept me up to date on timing and always called back quickly to answer any questions. The company did a full steam cleaning of our tile floors and grout, followed by the grout sealing. Everything looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service. I also found their pricing to be extremely competitive.

Tim and Vanessa really came through for us when we needed to put the home on the market quickly. Within 3 days they had our home painted, tile and grout cleaned, drywall patched, power washed driveway, sidewalks, patios and fence, Our home looked brand new! We even got an offer over asking price the first day of showing the home. I loved the fact that they were able to take care of everything on our 'to do' list. Thank you so much!

Tim and the guys are very professional and the stairs turned out beautiful, everything was excellent, service, quality, price,etc. If we saw anything wrong he came back and fixed no matter how minor. We referred him to our family and friends and will use him again definitely he is a rare find :)

Xtreme Carpet and Tile did a great job cleaning my grout lines and sealing the tile. I was however disaponted when I came back to look and two places on the floor were overlooked and he left a bottle of stain on the toilet. This tells me he was going to go back and finish but got sidetracked. I would recommend Xtreme to anyone who is in need of tile cleaning. Awesome job!

My sister in Lake Mary, Florida had a problem with her wood floor. Her husband passed away and she has had problems handling personal everyday problems. I got on the internet and found ServiceMagic. They refered a company called Xtreme Carpet and Tile Restoration, Inc. She had a much larger problem than a buckled floor. She had a huge leak from a crack in the foundation of her house and a ton of water in her walls which caused the buckling of the floors. This company held her hand through the insurance process to the end of the job. She told me she has never felt so comfortable with contractors in her life and they did a top notch job. Thanks

Was quoted a different amount after service person arrived. Carpet wasn't cleaned properly and I had to call service person back to home. Carpet is still spotty and not cleaned even though I went outside of household budget to have this done. I will not use again.

"We are unsure why this customer was not satisfied. Once we were notified by the customer that they were not happy, we tried everything to resolve the situation by returning to her home and reclean the 10+ year old Berber carpet. We cleaned 5 rooms for $139 which was a very good deal. We use the best equipment that uses 300 degrees of steam and well trained technicians. Our technician did state to the customer prior to cleaning that due to the wear that the carpet may not come out perfect. If a customer is not satisfied with our services we go out of our way to make sure they are happy even if it means going back out to their home a 2nd time."
