I'm a flipper in the Bay Area. Sohny helped me with one house in Castro Valley and it's the first time we work together. I highly appreciate her for the below reasons: 1. She's very responsible. I work with many vendors and the work ethic is the most important attribute. She sends me update after staging and removing the staging. She's pretty collaborative when we want to reschedule furniture removing. She's with the movers when removing the staging--not every stager does that. I can tell she cares about the client's business. 2. She can adapt to my style/desired design. We met on site once and I asked to see some main pieces before signing the contract. She's good at understanding my style and her final work suits my house very well. 3. She's detail oriented. She adjusts the pieces on site in the staging day till late afternoon and her team patched all the holes on wall after they removed the art pieces when removing staging. And cleaned after them. They removed the furniture on a raining day. Floor was still clean after they left. 4. They are a careful team. They care about the house/owner. I usually send my worker on site after staging or de-staging to repair any scratches or dents made by the movers. I didn't find anything to repair this time.
