Cant say enough about the service and the end product. I really was having second thoughts because it was more expensive than I anticipated. However, the quality is superb, the shade looks fabulous, love the remote, the service was professional and personable. What more can you ask for. Now the big test will be if it cuts the heat in the upstairs. Naturally, it was installed right after the heat wave broke. Love it all. Thanks so much.
