Before hiring any contractor, ensure the companies employees are actually their employees or certified subcontractors. Horrible experience with what they thought was a valued employee who was actually working for a different company, took money and gave it to his â otherâ employer to pay bills. Extremely frustrating and stressful, who can you trust in todayâ s society.

I unequivocally recommend Timeless Sunsets for deck and arbor work. We worked with Doug first to design and plan the deck. Doug was patient and thorough spending a full afternoon measuring and getting feedback on the proposed design. Once we agreed on the proposed deck plan, Doug was able to bring several Timber tech and Trex samples to choose from. Warning: many styles are on back order due to supply chain issues, not Timeless Sunsetâ s fault at all. The demo phase started as promised 2 weeks after singing the contract. Adrian and Brent were our construction crew, both were communicative and professional. Initially the crew was trying to keep the original frame to help save on costs, but after removing the old deck it was clear that it needed to be replaced. Of course we were not thrilled that we had to replace the frame, but The team adjusted quickly and did a great job. Our deck was over 1000 square feet, quite an investment but we could not be happier with the results. In a world where you hear about contractors, not completing work or delivering substandard work, I highly recommend Timeless Sunset as a trusted partner for all your deck and patio needs.

Many factors figured into this job, but overall, I am very pleased with the job and workmanship. The job was finished to my request and specifications. Factors that figured in were: weather, supply issues, equipment issues, a weekday work week for the technician performing the job, and unforeseen wood rot damage forced a change order and an increase in price quote. The technician was friendly and very experienced, but on several days, worked at the job site, less hours than a bank is open. Sometimes he was tending to equipment or supply issues, but I suspect this was not always the case. A minor issue that occurred was the cleaning up at the finished job site, Hundreds of wood screws from the original deck surface were left, both underneath the deck and near the deck in the grass were they could have been hit by a lawn mower. The technician told me they would be picked by a strong magnet that he had, but its evident that he never used it. I picked up by hand and a magnet that I had, HUNDREDS of wood screws that were left.

Timeless Sunsets completed a beautiful deck at our home. Their quality and accuracy of work created an above satisfactory deck. Workmanship and attention to details were excellent. The employees who completed the deck were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and worked with collaboration skills and teamwork, which allowed for timely completion of our deck. I highly recommend Timeless Sunsets for your deck.
