I am extremely pleased with the work Tim did and the quality of his report. He inspected our home top to bottom, inside and out, and even inspected areas we couldn't see with flying HD drone video. He offers many packages - My wife and I needed everything done (asbestos, termite, mold) and he bundled them all for a great price. He has better prices than anyone else we called. Tim is a really timely, friendly, and knowledgeable gentleman and was extremely thorough in his inspection. He pointe out several areas I wouldn't have seen otherwise. I Hired Tim for my home inspection, I am very disappointed the way it has been done. I was with him during the inspection, I don?t think there is anything I felt like he is doing a good job. I can?t cancel at that point except continue the process. On the inspection day it was a chilly and snowy day, he knew , he can?t complete exterior inspection properly, the amount he he charged me, he should have offered another day to complete the exterior inspection or when snow get cleaned. He sent a Report all good...I called him and asked him to explain the report findings. While talking to him and asked whether the report is correct, then he checked and said, NO there was an issue, your home has high MOLD %. He sent a second report to my attorney and myself with MOLD findings in it. I had to hire another contractor to do the MOLD test again. He came alone and did bare bone check up. I felt like I could have doneThat inspection myself, It?s absolutely NOt worth the money. I don?t recommend.

I found Tim and Timely Home Inspection doing a Google search. I read all his amazing reviews and decided to choose him for a home inspection for a house that my fiance and I wanted to purchase. The thing that I was so impressed with was the fact that 2 minutes after submitting the form Tim contacted me right away. He took the time to speak to me for over a half hour and give me a reality check on the house. We decided not to pursue that home. When we found another property, he was the first one I called to do the inspection. He came early for the inspection and did a very thorough job. He went above and beyond and did everything that he could to keep us well informed about the property. Within a few days, we received a 60-page report complete with photos, notes and so on. It was very impressive and got the job done well above our expectations. I would totally recommend Tim and Timely Home Inspection for anyone I know considering buying a house. We look to save thousands of dollars in potentially costly repairs because of his inspection and report. I'm so grateful for him and his hard work. Thank you, Tim!

Tim definitely was very professional about his work. He was at the house even before I was. Some parts of the house were deliberately not inspected (e.g. electrical panel, crawl space). Also, despite the termite and radon inspections being free, the bill was pretty high.

Tim was on time and very thorough. Even though the task took longer than expected he was just as thorough at the end as at the beginning. The report provided had pictures and comments and was easy to follow.

Our Home inspection was done on 4/19/2017. Our inspector Tim was punctual and did not rush through the inspection. I felt like he was very thorough which made me very comfortable. He gave me a lot of information and detailed what we were looking at and looking for. I WILL recommend him anytime I have the opportunity and I couldn't have asked for a better inspection by him.
