after calling several plumbers he was the only one who said they could come sooner, others said they were busy. I need to remove my tub and replace with walk in shower. He was great!!!

I received a prompt correspondence from Sean once I posted a job in Angie. In the next 2 days, Sean followed up closely with me on the progress of my water heater delivery and proposed a time that worked out best for me for the installation. During installation, Sean and his workers were highly efficient. Finishing the installation and old unit removal within 3 hours. The cost of the job was very fair, considering the amount of effort that was needed, especially the old unit removal which seemed to be a tedious and tiresome work. I would highly recommend hiring TImmins Plumbing and Heating for families who are looking for a reliable and cost-efficient company!

They provided an estimate over the phone, worked with us on a flexible time for the repair and arrived on time and finished in the designated window of completion. Needed a New Water Heater, came in assessed on Wednesday morning, Installed on Thursday morning. Even called to let me know they were running late due to traffic. GREAT SERVICE & PRICE I would recommend Timmins plumbing without hesitation

So... Sean did a decent job of installing the hot water heater. However, it was under warranty and I asked him if I was going to get the warranty $ after he took my other tank away, and he said absolutely. When I called Rheem they said a claim was put in and to talk to my plumber. After several attempts I finally reached Sean who had some story about Rheem changing their policy. At this point I demanded my warranty $ back, so he agreed to send it. That was over 2 months ago and I have not received a nickel even after several attempts. I was scammed... STAY AWAY from Sean Timmins and Home Advisor should be ashamed for having his services on here!

Sean was great. We were planning on an open house this weekend and noticed our water heater was leaking in my basement. He contacted me about 8pm, said price (which was lower than another offer) and could be out the next day. By 2pm the next day, old one was gone, new one installed and my house had hot water. Would definitely hire them again, although I hope I don t have to.

Timmins plumbing provided exceptional service. They responded very quickly and were out on a Saturday within a few hours. The fix was not easy and they were very professional and ensured the system was fully operational before leaving which was a time consuming process. The rates charged were extremely fair given the duration and fix required. Highly recommend them.
