There was a slight misunderstanding about where the tree pieces needed to go but they did do a good job and came back to make sure I was satisfied with their work. All pieces were removed and put where I specified. Thank you for being prompt and for doing a good job.

They put the downed tree pieces in my way where my equipment goes and left it there in my way. I called them to come back and remove them and they did not come back. Very dissatisfied with their work. They do not return phone calls.

Timmy showed up on time for an estimate for trimming/cutting down trees - very respectful and knowledgeable. He took time to discuss my wants/needs and advised what needed to be done. His estimate was well in line with what I needed done and I was very comfortable speaking with him. His crew showed up on time and worked very hard and professional. It was amazing to watch. I even threw in some extra "wants" and Timmy and his crew was able to handle those as well. Highly, highly recommend Timmy's Tree Service for your tree needs. I'm definitely going to use him again!

Contact/bidding processional but crew not so much. Did not cut trunk into firewood lengths that were manageable. Some not cut all the way through. Paid cash - and a tip, -not given invoice, receipt, or even thanks. Job took less than 30 min and I just finished cleanup three days later.

Also, Katelynn the only woman on our crew said that they asked you if you wanted the blocks moved by the flower bed and she was asked to roll one block up the hill to see if it was manageable for you and you agreed."

Timmy came out for the estimate and gave a clear estimate. On the day of the work the whole team was friendly and courteous. I asked to make adjustments to the estimate and changed a couple of the trees that needed to be done and it was not a problem. They did a little extra for no charge and the yard was clear of branches when they were done. Totally recommend and will call them for all our future needs.

I was very impressed with this service, they showed up and after giving me a estimate they began work and didn't stop till the job was done. It was nice to see the teamwork and knowledge that these guys had. Never a bad word or sitting around. It was extremely hot but they did the job in a short length of time, cleaned their area and I will be using them again. Very polite and focused. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you guys!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was due to a problem with communications between their field representative Mark, their office and ourselves. Mark was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. Though I made no mention of it to them, I am a Christian and was very pleased I didn't hear a single curse word from Mark or his crew the entire time they were here.

Did the job within an hour of my first contact for less that the minimum prices from other Home Adviser contractors quoted. Professional job that leaves me just a bit of seeding to finish. I would hire Timmy again in a heartbeat.
