Tim did a fantastic job & was a pleasure to work with. From the first day he came out for the initial quote, through the final install, he was thorough, kept me informed, and followed through on everything. He started my project and stayed on it through completion- no jumping around like some contractors do. We collaborated on a couple of design choices & his input was spot on. He came out & checked on the progress of another subcontractor who refinished my bathtub. I have an old farmhouse, built in 1869. There are often challenges discovered in a project. Tim handled everything like a true pro. His son worked with him, and he was polite and a great kid. It was nice to see such a good relationship. I highly recommend Tim!

Hired Tim to fix a pocket door. Responded quickly and came out the same today to give me an estimate. Fixed door as promised on the next working day with no surprises from his estimate. He even purchased parts that he thought he might need in advance That he ended up not needing. I hope he was able to return them because he didn't charge me for them. Would highly recommend him and will use him again if needed.

Takes insurance money and 'fixes' as cheaply as possible. The new roof Tim installed over our back porch leaks so badly we cannot use it on rainy days. He was called back to look at it and he explained that the existing roof had been attached to an old unused gutter that was now filling up with water. When asked why he attached the new roof to faulty construction he said it was because the insurance company would not pay for the extra work and materials it would have taken to do it right. We were not informed of the problem or given a choice to have the job done properly at the time, so now will have to fix our 'new' porch roof.

Organized company staffed with skilled, caring carpenters that work carefully and do a very thorough job. They treated our home like it was their own! We were very satisfied with all of their work.

They were prompt in responding to request to do the work. They were friendly and courteous . Tim did not inform me about the minimum time but I wasn't charged for the second hour. Satisfied with the outcome also.

Also did my screen door. Which turned out that when originally put in, it was the wrong screen door (by someone else). Which is why it keep falling out. Nice neat work. Done in a timely manner. Problems with fence post were handled very well.

Very good advice on choice of material. Really like the recommended wood look ceramic tile. They also resolve the prior flooring botch job, and made the new floor level to threshold of the doorways.

Tim did a great job on my doors so I also had them install a number of light fixtures, fans and switches. He and his crew do excellent work at a fair price. They pay attention to the details and don't cut corners. I will use them in the future.

Showed up on time and handled 3 projects in one day. Installed a disposal, replaced a toilet and replaced the valve on a water line to the washing machine. All done quickly and everything works great.
