He has multiple skills and wound up doing a different set of higher priority jobs than the one about which I originally contacted him to do. \I hope to use him again for some other projects. He was reliable and did the job in a timely manner. Found him to be a nice guy, as well..

He know alot about concrete. He was very helpful and truthful.

Tim repaired several items in my home including diagnosing a bathroom leak (that another contractor got wrong), Tim then repaired it, and then he replaced the drywall and painted the affected area to restore it to like new. Tim also fitted a window air unit for me that was not quite the right size and it looks fantastic. He also fixed a broken inner doorknob very quickly and fixed a nagging shower faucet leak. Tim arrived at the agreed upon time, and even called me when he was on his way. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. Tim is well mannered and left the job areas spotless.

Timothy did an excellent job. The finished work looks great. After he finished, he cleaned up and left the bathroom tidy.

Tim did a very good job of replacing and putting drywall and mudding where we had torn out the soffitt over our upper kitchen cabinets. He also did some electrical work and a problem we had with a drip at our kitchen sink. He did a get job and didn't waste time doing so.
