Tim called me immediately after I posted my request. He had me send him photos of the suspect material, and we talked quite a bit. In the end, he came down very early on a Monday morning to get the sample and get it tested for me in our time frame. Excellent service.

He is an expert in simplifying process for accuracy and to keep overall costs down for consumer. He has experience and access to information that improve the efficiency of testing.
