Tim's original price was guaranteed to be "no more than......". The final price was MUCH LESS than the estimate. What a surprise! I love the skylight in my stairwell.

Tim was at my home on time. Tim was very knowledgeable. Tim found the problem very fast and then showed me the problem. Tim"s price was very low. Tim not only fixed the problem but replaced the shingles around the skylight at no extra cost. I was very impressed.

I had a very bad problem with water going into my basement. The reason for that is because my gutters were not positioned in the proper places on my house. Tim Miles came and fix the problem and it was done in one day and it was done in the nick of time because we had severe storms coming and I would have had a lot of water in my basement. I check my basement after the storms and I didn't have all the water I usually do when there is a heavy rainfall. So, I am very happy with Tim's work.

TIM WAS GREAT!! I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD NOT BE HOME WHEN HE DID HIS WALK AROUND HE CAME OUT, LOOKED AROUND, AND GAVE ME A QUOTE THAT DIDN'T LEAVE A HUGE HOLE IN MY WALLET. THANK YOU, TIM & SERVICE MAGIC!!!!

Tim was very prompt and very fair minded. He did the job in a timely fashion and fair priced. I would refer him anytime. I am actually hiring for other projects too. He is a great guy.

First appointment he didn't come and called 3 hours later to reschedule, 2nd time, said that he would arrive around 8 or 9, come 10:30 he called and said he was on his way, by the time he got to the door it had began to rain, so rescheduled once more. Did arrive early on the final scheduled day, did a fine job on the trim but the siding that needed to be replaced was an done in an obviously different shade.

Tim called me promptly after being notified of my inquiry, came out that same afternoon at the time he said he would. He was courteous and listened well to my needs. When I called him a couple of days later to give him the job, he set a time for arrival and met it. His work was, in my view, of high quality, accurate, and met my needs. His price was fair. I found him to be everything I hoped for in a contract specialist. I would most definitely recommend him, and indeed, use his services again, if needed.
