Tim was great and explained everything!

Very thorough. Not only did Tim provide a home inspection report, he also took the time to explain everything in detail. In addition, Tim explained what would be a proper solution to an issue. The explanations and walk through he provided was very helpful for someone like me who was a first time home buyer and did not know much about the process and what to look for.

Tim walked me through the entire inspection process after he was finished. He explained what needed to be fixed and how to fix it. He was on time, wrote a thorough report and promptly returned follow up phone calls. Yes I would hire him again.

He was very helpful! I actually walked through the house as he inspected it, and he pointed out some things that had to be fixed as well as some other things he would change if he were the one buying the house.
