Tim and his team were fast and professional. They quickly prepared our plans and submitted them to the city. We had an unpermitted shed that needed approval, and they handled everything efficiently

First off so you know Tim is not and engineer, he is a Draftsman with no License, he piggybacks another engineer to get the work. Absolutely horrible, Tim and his wife Vanessa have scammed me and left me high and dry. I would talk with him daily until plans were submitted to Sacramento County and was flagged with several corrections which is when he and his wife went in the wind. Tried filing complaint with Architect board and BBB but since he has No LICENSE there is nothing they can do. Don?t get scammed. This is what he did to my client very nice and nd done to heart people. These guys, Tim, Shayaan and Shaluka are also operating under Nexus Design and Engineering. We signed a contract with (Company Name removed) in May '24 and still do not have completed plans to successfully submit to Sacramento county to get our permit to convert our garage to an ADU. Absolutely horrible - filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They ran off with my money as well. Unbelievable, I believe in KARMA and really the SCAMMING has to stop! Tim & Vanessa Quinn, Shaluka, and their entire team - what unprofessional people. I am doing everything I can and would as well be taking them to small claims. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
