On my initial meeting with Tim, he showed up exactly on the time which we set up which is very rare these days. A lot of times the person doesn't show up or even let me know they won't be able to make it that day. He gave me an honest price to maintain my lawn on a weekly basis especially with the gas prices these days. So far he has only cut my grass one time and overall did a great job with some places between or around trees that were missed but I do have a lot of trees and tight spots between some of them. Tim is willing for me to provide feedback on his work so I am sure it will improve going forward and then I can give him a perfect 5.0 rating.
