Heat Pump Installation and Replacement

He installed a heat pump for me last summer just before the heat wave hit us. It was raining the day he came and he still completed the install in a timely manner. It was great to have the A/C for the really hot days. I was even happier this winter when I used it for heat. It saved me the cost of about 400 gallons of oil for the winter and my electric bill on the coldest months was still a little cheaper than the oil would have been. He is also registered with efficiency Vermont and I was able to get a low interest loan to pay for it. Overall I had a great experience with BKR plumbing and heating.

He listened to what I needed and made the process painless and simple. When the installation day came, everything went as planned and the quote was as stated and reasonable. Tim Baker, owner of BKR was very responsive when we were seeking a professional to replace our water heater in an emergency. His price was very competitive. We were absent and he dealt professionally and courteously we our condo staff. His work was neat and our water heater is working well. He also promptly provided detailed estimates for insurance needs. Highly recommend this company
