"There is a very dangerous power line close to the area in need of repair. We discussed the matter and came to the concluded the electric company either needed to relocate the line or turn the power off in order to finish the project. I cannot put my employees or myself in danger because of something done wrongly by the electric company. The job cannot be finished unless the power line is moved in order for us to have access to the second story. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I refuse to endanger my life or the lives of my employees."
