"(consumer name withheld per their request) had called us out to give her a free estimate.Which she did recieve accepted the bid which i gave her and when she found out that the equipment she had changed her mind. The customer was under the circumstances that the unit was a higher effiecny unit when she was told that new , more efficient unit would cost more money. The customer then radically asked for her deposit back , threantening , etc... So prior to returning the money the customer then went back and forth wether she wanted the equipment, with her last statment being she wanted the install wednesday. So we went and retrieved equipment , little to find out on installation day she would not have us at the home. Which is fine she got a check in the mail, but i do not think it is right of you to blast my companies name with false statements. If you have any questions Tracy Please Call me. 575 693 6047"
