Incredible service. We needed someone right away and I called at 6:00 PM on a Saturday and when we told Monty our situation he came out on Easter to do the inspection for us. He is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend him highly.

Monty was able to get me a next day appointment for my home inspection. He was extremely informative and personable. He was not only able to tell me what needed to be fixed, but he also let me know how much of a priority things were, the cost to fix, as well as how to do it myself if I'd like to save some money. Original request received timely and professional service. Report within 24 hours. Update at no cost. However, two updates were not documented and three facia areas with damage went unnoticed on both original and updated report. Communication after initial report has been difficult despite using both email and phone.

As stated at the time of inspection, we were out of the country on vacation with limited coverage after the inspection. I hired IT construction for home inspection. The contract is late for about 1.5 hours, and also deliver the report later by a day. The overall quality is OK and the fee he charges is on the lower side comparing with other inspection companies.

On-Time and On-Budget I explained to Monte exactly what my needs where and he worked towards that goal. Many other companies wanted to sell a 'lifetime" roof for twice as much the the 25 year roof (5 year guarantee) installed by IT Construction. I can not comment on the crew that did the installation since I was away, but returned to find the job complete and the work area clean.
