OK job. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to brag about

We discussed the work to be done over the phone. He gave me an estimate over the phone. Arrived at the agreed upon time. Listened and inspected the areas needing repair. Performed the work for the agreed upon bid. All repairs were made satisfactorily.

Mr Tinoco help us replace an ancient sprinkler valve system that was in a tricky area. He was prompt, well prepared and very personable. I will definitely call him for future landscaping and irrigation needs.

Jorge found my sprinkler problem, fixed it as we agreed and completed job in a very short time. I would recommend his services anytime. MTP

Long overdue review for a great job clearing out years of overgrown brush and trees from the side and back of our house. The meadow behind us is visible now and it’s much more enjoyable to watch the wildlife mill about than staring at untended trees and overgrown brush. Will reach out again whenever we need landscaping help again.

Jorge is very easy to work with. He started my project right away. If I had concerns he addressed them promptly. I am happy with my new backyard fence

He fixed the sprinkler, but I am still waiting for the hill clearance and landscape proposal.

Jorge was just terrific to work with. He was completely reliable, highly communicative, and very nice. The work of Jorge and the crew was top rate, high quality in a very challenging project in which two old, non-functioning systems needed to be removed and a new, higher grade system needed to be built. The work was great, and we are really happy with the result, which by the way was at a very fair price. I couldn't make a stronger recommendation. Jorge and his team were just great!

Jorge did an awesome job. A “greenspace” next to my home in San Francisco has been long neglected. I got tired of waiting on the city so made a small investment in the clean up. Job was well done!

Jorge is a hard worker and so as his handyman Pablo but 1) he did not follow the contract by leaving before the job is done because he has another one scheduled in Livermore he said. That is fine, but the following events gave me doubts 2) He "said" he made mistakes with the measurements so I need to pay extra $400, I paid $200 only because I told him that the long negotiated contract is to assure me I pay one price and that is it but because he was a nice person to talk to I agreed I can at least give him $200 cash outside the total cost of the project. 3) I asked for the receipt of the lawn and it turns out it is cheaper than what we discussed. $1500 is what we discussed for the price of the pet turf and at $4000 price of this overall budget everything is included. But when he talked to me on the second day he showed me he went to the warehouse and the price will be $1800. So I paid him extra just to cover some but that is just me being nice. When it turns out to be it is what we agreed on the contract, I called him to ask why he asked for the $200 extra then. He said that his lost is my gain and he miscalculated it but there was no lost because it is what we agreed upon on the contract. He only wanted to make more because he thought I can be tricked easily. I realized now that the price sheet he gave me is correct but the price of the turf needed is purposely written wrong to deceive me to pay more. 4) I asked for the $200 money back and he said he will mail it back but he is now mad and told me why all the bullshit. I was going to hire him again but after this I will not and also will advise others to be very careful doing business with him. I know he said he will mail the money back but until I have it back, I will be more than disappointed. I told him I do not want this to be a legal fight for that little amount but I am a business major graduate and I really expected a sound businessman in him but he disappointed big time. Cannot question his hard work but integrity is questionable. If he does not mail back the cash he tricked me to pay outside the contract, I hope that $200 is his reputation. I remember him saying "your gain is my loss". In reality it is no loss for me is no gain for him. Sad this transaction went from a potential good business relationship to never again will I do business with him and will refrain others to, based on own experience.

I contacted this gentlemen who came to the house to see what needed to be done. He stated he would come to the house the following Monday to do the job. He didn't show up or call. I was contacted by one of your customer service providers and reported the matter, he sent me a list of local landscapers because I called multiple people the first time I didn't realize I contacted the same person. He stated it was be $220 min to come to the house. He bought someone else with him. I explained I just needed a sprinkler head replaced the other guy began to dig and ruptured a line. The gentlemen showed me the simple fix it was to remove a piece of rubber lodged in a T. He said the tool cost $3.00. He further stated it would have saved me money. I am a DIY type of person. In fact after he left I discovered another sprinkler head that required the same repair. I went to Home Depot purchased the tool, a double male, and cap. It cost me $6.42 and five minutes of my time. $220 was way more than what the job required and was worth.

I contacted Tinoco's Landscaping through HomeAdvisor for sprinkler repair and some landscaping work on my front and back yards. They responded promptly and provided what I felt was a very fair estimate for the work. I am very happy with how everything turned out and will be recommending them to my neighbors that need landscaping done.

Excellent work ethics and very friendly person. He is very knowledgeable. We now need to figure out the flow rates per sprinkler to ensure each one of our plants gets water for sufficient amount of time and then adjust the timer accordingly. The new controls are a tad bit difficult to figure out but we will get used to them

Very friendly and reliable. Did a great job communicating with me before and after the job. Purchased all the materials we needed and include that in the bid price. Showed up on time, finished quickly, and walked me through how I need to manage this on an ongoing basis.

The job was not completed to my satisfaction. I had another leak in the same place on my sprinkler system. I once again had to turn off the water to my landscaping. They are coming out on Tuesday to fix the repair again. The summer heat has taken its toll on my landscaping.

They were on time and they were able to do the job the next day the price was good the most amazing thing they found a gold ring I lost and returned it so they are honest also
