Tioga fixes a small leak in an outside spigot to "win" the job I really wanted. Tioga replaced all plumbing in my entire home in three days. Handled all aspects with city permitting and inspection. They were considerate, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves each day, they were fair priced and did the work to top of the line code. They were responsive to owners need to add additional scope to the job as more was discovered. They did minimal evasive cutting into the dry wall. Just enough to get the job done, most of it isn't even seen. I have a 68 year old pier and beam home that had the original lead plumbing. They replaced all incoming lines, new larger hot water heater, new garbage disposal, new drain and feed lines to washer in garage, and new faucet in half bath in the three days. I strongly recommend Tioga Plumbing for small or large jobs.

After multuple slab leaks, I knew we needed to completely reroute the water lines in my home. I selected Tioga Plumbing an am glad I did. They did a fantastic job. They were so easy to work with, professional, answered all my questions, addresed all my concerns. The office staff were very frendly, helpful and prompt. On the first day they showed up in force and within a week the job was completed. I definitely recommend the great people at Tioga Plumbing!

I hired Tioga plumbing to install 1/3 hp sump pump. Since I bought the pump Tioga had to install only. When he pulled the old pump it was found to be a 1/2hp pump. I asked him repeatedly if my 1/3 hp pump was enough power. He assured me that it was strong enough and so based on his "professional opinion", I instructed him to install the 1/3 hp pump. If he had told me that a stronger pump was needed then I would have gotten the 1/2 hp pump and had it installed. Two days later during the next rain the alarm went off and crawl space started filling with water again because the pump was not strong enough to push the water the required distance for evacuation. I immediately bought a 1/2 hp pump and installed it myself!! I have had no problems since during the rains. So I paid $550 for nothing. I thought that as a pro he would steered me straight on 1/3 hp v 1/2 hp pumps. The average cost to install a sump pump is somewhere around $250 but I was willing to pay the higher cost because of his high customer service rating plus I needed fast service plus i wanted what I thought was the best contractor . Boy was I wrong!!! I will never use them again !!

I know you don't have the insight we do, but we only employ the very best, like any profession there is room for error. The technician you had has been a licensed plumber for longer than I've been alive. Each month we go over new technology and are constantly looking for ways to improve how we do things-and ultimately save you money. I can assure you we do not ever send unqualified individuals to assess what only a professional can do. If he believed a stronger pump was needed, he would have advised that. Had you have called us to let us know his original install was in fact not enough to move the water we would have been able to fix that for you free of charge. Instead, you didn't call us at all and took it upon yourself to fix it, therefore voiding our warranty. I admire your willingness to get it done but after paying $550, I can't understand why you wouldn't call and tell us you were unsatisfied so we could turn the experience around for you. Our offices have attempted to reach out to you and find a resolution as this is never the impression we want to leave. We make it a personal goal to go above and beyond for each person and you're no exception. I hope you'll give us the opportunity to earn your business back. I sincerely apologize for your experience and can assure you, when given the opportunity we do everything possible to leave you with a positive experience and everything working to your satisfaction.

Professional company. Only reason customer service was 4.5, it took several calls to get something set up, but once that was done, all 5-Star. I would recommend this company, they are knowledgeable and fair!!
