They were on time, quick and cleaned up after themselves. The owner was very knowledgeable and took the time to give me tips on how to manage the fireplace in our new house.

Very pleasant both on the phone and at our home. Explained they would clean our vent both from the inside and outside. But they only cleaned from outside. When we used our dryer two days later, hot air and lint came out of the back! We discovered that the brush they used to clean the vent tube pushed the vent off the attachment. There was also lint in the dryer which would have been seen if they had cleaned from the inside as they indicated they did. Granted our vents were very dirty and probably overdue, but they only did half the job. The vent was so crumpled on the inside we had to replace it. Called the office and sent a picture before we realized the vent could not just be reattached.
