He used a mechanical motorized snake down our shower that caused a catastrophic plumbing failure in our 2 story house. When I told him that I heard the machine making loud noises under the floor in our bedroom, he said it was fine. Minutes later, water was gushing from the downstairs dining room ceiling (which fell down). He sent someone else out the next day to fix the problem and still charged us full price. We are 10 days out--the restoration company has just completed drying us out. Our insurance deductible is over $4000. Our ceiling, crown molding, wallpaper, sheetrock, historical wainscoting, and original hardwood floors, furniture, and decorations are having to be torn out, replaced and restored. I am sick at the thousands of dollars that this is costing for the restoration. He did unclog the toilets and shower, but what it cost us emotionally and financially was not worth it. Not to mention the MAJOR inconvenience this has caused during COVID 19. We will have to move out of our house for several days during part of the restoration. This company may have high ratings with other people, but it has caused us a most unpleasant experience.

Tip Top was great for us. Lemont is very friendly and professional, his guys, Todd and Jody are excellent. We have complete confidence in the work (new plumbing to an existing cabin) they did for us and would not hesitate to rehire. Highly recommend!

Lamaunt was knowledgeable and offered (3) options with cost estimates. They were on budget. His team Todd and Jody were deligent on finding the leak under the slab foundation. The team had our hot water back on by the end of the day. They were polite and respectful to me my family and even our neighbors. Lamaunt even took the time to advise us the overall conditions of the pipes as well as provided us information on what we can do for the future. I can with ease recommend Tip Top Pluming for another's project. Even after a long day they were kind enough to bid a future job.

Good job explained everything he was doing. I just think his mark up on material required to fix the problem is to much.

Lamont was professional, and clearly knew his business. He found the gray water drain pipe 150 ft out into the woods and down to a creek when I d had no idea where it went after dealing with this property for 30 years. He snaked it from 3 directions, cleared all the clogs, repaired the breach, and told me how to maintain it. He was done in about 2 hrs & fee was quite reasonable. I will call him next time I need a plumber.

The man was experienced about his work and how to do it. He was willing to listen to the customer and work with the customer. The best plumber I have seen in years. I wish I had known about this company starting nine years ago having had to deal with plumbers in the last nine years.
