Tip Top Pools - Home Facebook

Always on time and offers advice when needed - pool is always sparkling clean!

Suzanne came weekly to clean my pool, but though I paid her monthly, from time to time she took a week off because she said there were 5 weeks in each month. No previous pool cleaner had such a policy. Furthermore, I recently had my pool deck pressure washed because I am planning a family reunion with family members coming from out of town next weekend and I wanted my pool and deck in good order. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to clean the deck without debris getting into the pool. Suzanne had previously charged extra to clean the pool when this happened, (which was ok) but this time she refused to clean the pool at all and with no notice, she quit leaving me in the lurch. Though she only put chemicals in my pool on this occasion, she charged me full price anyway. I called Mullet because he also works this neighborhood and he vacuumed the pool for me which took him less than twenty minutes. I paid him for his time. I cannot recommend Tip Top Tools because of this incident.

They are on time and professional. answered all questions.

They are absolutely excellent. She leaves a note with everything she did that day each and every time she comes to service the pool; what chemicals she used, what repairs are needed, etc. She don't just do things and assume we know what was done or tells us later on. She provides good customer service and very pleasant people to work with.

They show up on time, they fixed our pool pump. What they don't know they find out or bring help in. They come out no matter rain or sunshine. Super nice people and a great job always.
