Tip top came in a hurry and did what needed to be done.

I would never recommend this company or use them again. Lee there project manager is a bully and she really doesn't understand what she is doing. She just wants money and could care less about the customer or their needs. She will stalk you until she has a check, but if you need something don't bother. The owner could not be bothered to call me back or help with my issues and the work was sub par. I have done a lot of home projects and they were terrible. I felt the whole time a gun was too my head about accepting the shoddy work. The color was wrong, they left trash in my yard, and nails sticking out of my BBQ. They are over priced and in my opinion terrible. Run from these people or kiss your money goodbye

After meeting with several contractors about remodeling my garage I finally settled on Tip Top Restoration. I found their estimate to be the most inclusive and fairly priced. Additionally, their representative, Lee, took the time to go over each step with me. Half way through the project I was very happy with the quality and service I was receiving so I inquired about having them install a fence. Initially, I put off this project because the prices I was being quoted were too high, however, Lee again came back with a very fair number, so they also installed vinyl fencing on the property. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. My garage is very old, and like any project, needed a little bit more thoughtfulness and care during the renovation. A couple times I was unhappy with a few of the changes, as to be expected with a project this large. However, Lee quickly came over, went over the problems I had, and immediately fixed them to my satisfaction. Finally, they also offered me fair financing on the 2nd half of the project, which made paying for everything less stressful that I ever thought it would be. I would recommend using Tip Top Restoration in the future.

This was a very dusty job ,left the doors to the house open while working mismatched tile try to jack up the price

Great Company & will get the job done quickly. Just tell them what you want and they make it happen. No Games - no bs - flat price w/ no suprises, in and out! Nice working with someone you can Trust to handle any job, no matter the size of it. This company just really cares about giving you what you want and making sure you are happy is their speciality. Plus their work speaks for itself as high quality.

I am learning a lot from this company to run my business better. They do an unbelievable job.
