I would like others to know about the special treatment received by Max Mann and others at Tip Top Roofing. They helped me to work things out with my insurance company so I wasn't overwhelmed with dealing with so many different people. And I know a roof is not something that people usually get excited about, but my roof looks fabulous! I've had so many compliments on it, and they were done in a day. It was a good job all the way around, and the name of their company matches their work results. I will refer them to anyone who has a roofing problem, and after seeing my roof, they won't need much persuasion. Thank you, Tip Top!!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. Wow, what professionalism! TJ and Max came out and answered every question I had and my husband. I was so worried and was not the happiest camper with my insurance company. Max and TJ took the time to literally work with me and my insurance company to figure things out. As for the product, they explained each product with zero pressure. When it comes to the gentleman that actually installed the roof and cleaned upâ ¦well, letâ s just say A++!! If you literally want a company that appears to vacuum the yard after they are finished, this is the crew! So professional and kind. I will always suggest this company to friends and family. This review is long overdue â Three years ago we had a big wind, hail, and rainstorm which tore off many of the shingles on our roof. It happened that Max Mann of Tip-Top lives next door to us, so I asked him to take a look and give us a price to re-do the roof. Max went over all the options available and even personally worked with our insurance company rep when he came over to look at the storm damage. One big selling point was that Tip-Top uses screws to secure the tiles, not the cheap nails like the previous owner of our house had used. The nails rust away and that led to all the shingles we lost in the storm. This attention to detail especially impressed me. This all happened a couple days before Christmas and my wife and I were leaving on a trip, but Max took care of everything while we were out of town. The job turned out great. The thing I couldn't get over was that we actually had a handful of different people passing by compliment the new roof! When does that ever happen with a roof?! If you haven't figured it out, I very much recommend Tip-Top. In fact, our friends were recently looking to replace their roof. I recommended Tip-Top and they are very happy with the results. I am glad I hadn't written this earlier because another windstorm recently made me appreciate the job Tip-Top had done three years ago. While other houses on our street lost shingles, a walk through my yard found absolutely zero of ours on the ground. That's the best compliment I can give Tip-Top.
