This was a major project - remove a deteriorating 30 yr old L-shaped, elevated cedar deck and replace with redesigned Azek composite deck/Westbury railings. We contacted Jeff in March in order to get on his summer schedule. He understood our eagerness to proceed this year, and waded through late winter snow on our property to scope out the project. Jeff took careful measurements of the existing footprint and proposed a creative alternative configuration for the deck and stairs. We are thrilled that we went with his artistic suggestions. Jeff and his team were exceptional in every way from start to finish. Their commitment to the highest standards of workmanship is matched by their customer service and respectful treatment of clients and personal property. The finished project truly exceeds our expectations. While we have no plans to sell, the new deck clearly enhances our home's market value well beyond the project cost. We will enthusiastically welcome Jeff and TipUp Contracting back for future projects at our lake home.

Quality of work was excellent. The work site was cleaned each night and work debris was completely removed several times during as well as at the end of the job.

I hired Tip Up to do a few things for me, which were hanging drywall to finish my garage, knock out a closet to prepare for a renovation and they ordered and installed a new picture window for me. I was happy they could do all these separate jobs and I was very happy with how they turned out.

I hired Tip Up to paint 2500 sq ft of ceilings. They did a great job, always picked up and cleaned when done each day. Very satisfied with results and would highly recommend them.

Jeff & Kevin are amazing! We had a deck rebuilt on an old lake cottage. The deck was rotting & heaving. They are both very easy to work with. Great workmanship. Very professional. Our home that they painted is 90 miles from our main house and we felt very comfortable letting them live there for over a week to get the work done. So you really can trust them and the home was left so clean that you wouldn't even know anyone had been there. I would highly recommend both of them (Jeff and Kevin). They would send us pictures because we had an issue with carpenter ants they had to replace some of the siding before doing the exterior painting. They are not only trustworthy but very friendly and you know the work will be done right!
