Troy worked around my work schedule. He waited for me when I was late coming home. He had convenient hours to schedule. His scheduling system is easy and highly communicative: sends reminders and confirmations, easy for you to reschedule. He's easy to get in touch with. He explains everything to you in a calm easy way: how things work in your appliance, options you have to fix it. He's always was on time. If you're not satisfied w the outcome he'll fix it 100%. Best possible experience ever. Would recommend to anyone.
