Jordan was great! Let me lead with, I am SO happy to have my bathroom back. I bit off more than I can chew as a DIY homeowner and he came to my rescue. I started by getting a quote from Lowe’s to replace my existing linoleum tile flooring with a short term, vinyl “wood look” sheeting. They wanted almost $1.6k for the whole job and added a bunch of extra materials I didn’t want AND I had to do the removal and takeaway. Not my ideal so I declined their bid. Fast forward, I’m stuck with the flooring removed and the stickiest concrete ever. I have a packed schedule and reached out for help. TIPPS had a timeframe I needed, a sense of urgency and flexibility I could work with and the confidence I wanted. More scheduling flexibility was needed and the final project was more than I anticipated and budgeted but the owner of company was up front, understanding, and flexible with payment. Invoicing was forward, but expect a final invoice to be different due to unforeseen tools along the
