Kapu and Mark came on site on Saturday evening to replace a broken spring. They ended up replacing all 4 springs to provide equal pull on both sides of the door. Made sure everything is aligned and greased. Appreciate their work.

Ben was wonderful. He was on time, kind, professional and he even helped me set up the app for my iPhone so that I could open and shut my garage door on my phone.

They kept their word what the quoted over the phone is what they charged. I had three other companies come out and the price doubled or tripled once they got here.

Within 4 hours of my post spring were replaced. Other business offering 24 hours service needed to make appointment. None for the same day or next day.

The name says it all! Tip top. The owner works nights and weekends and ithe garage broke Sunday night around 6 pm after reviewing and talking to several repair guys tip top said he would come out right now, he has 30 yrs experience and knows what heâ s doing! He needed a support piece to reinforce the bottom of the door and drove back 20 miles to get the piece that could of been fixed at a later time and came back and finished the job! Great customer service as he says he wants his customers for a lifetime! Great service, fair price and with 1 annual service call to lube the hinges and wheels the new springs should last 20 yrs
