Charles Glaze did a fantastic job installing a new cabinet with sink in our guest bath. He was very professional and we are pleased with the project. When he left everything was spotless. We will definitely call again for our plumbing needs.

Charles is amazing, honest, patient, and pleasant. He squeezed me into his busy schedule and set very reasonable expectations on his arrival time. He provided an incredible experience from initial contact until I walk him to his truck and shook his hand. He is an incredible plumbing professional and will be my goto plumber for years to come. Thanks, Charles!!!!

Very efficient, Charles returned my call immediately. He was great keeping me up to date when he would be at my house. Will highly recommend him.

I ve used Tiptop Plumbing on several occasions & I ve been very satisfied with the work each time. My most recent bathtub plumbing repair was a challenge but they found a solution and avoided needing to cut into the wall, for which I m very grateful. Charles is friendly & knowledgable and clearly communicates what needs to be done so you ll know exactly what they re doing & why. Definitely give him a call!

I got scheduled the day after I called and they were on time and fixed all my problems. A week later when I had an emergency, they came right over and fixed that too! Great company!! Thsnk you

TIP TOP is an excellent plumbing company. They provided an in-home estimate on our hot water tank replacement project. They arrived on time, performed the replacement of the tank and fix other plumbing issues discovered in the in-house visit. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The work area was cleaned up and Charles, the owner, went over the operational procedures of the new tank with us. We can only say that for our future plumbing needs we will contact TIP TOP first.

That he really did do a tip top job. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Charles from Tip Top came very quickly I was thankful for him working with my schedule He identified the problem instantly and fixed it. Well pleased with the results and the customer service

Very professional> Great customer service. Fair pricing.

TipTop Plumbing did a great job at a great price. Fast service.

Charles called when he received the Home Advisor referral, reviewed what we needed done, gave us an estimate. Was able to give us a next-day appt. Did all the work we needed, explained everything he was doing and why. Did an extra small additional necessary repair he found with minimal additional cost. Charles is highly knowledgeable and educates as he works. Highly recommended!

Excellent work and professional

Excellent experience. At all times Charles was professional, informative and provided quality work at a reasonable price. He was able to replace a burst water heater the same day, and also fixed a leaking faucet. He will definitely be the first person I call on for future plumbing needs.

Outstanding people, high quality work, reasonable price. Will use them again. Can't say enough good things about them.

Charles came out the same day I called him, patiently explained the facts of water heaters to me, and installed the new one that afternoon, for a very reasonable price. He turned a dreaded experience into a quick and easy one. Also, he's a really nice guy!

Excellent service, will use again. thanks

Charles was very prompt with his response and ability to go out to the house and provide an evaluation of the issues.

I hired Charles to install my granite sink & a new faucet. He was very prompt in arriving and did excellent work. He explained things to me and took his time in doing so. He also advised me of something which would be helpful to my sink installation which I did. Everything was cleaned up and very neat when he was finished. I will definitely use Tiptop Plumbing again whenever I need a plumber.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Tiptop. After repairing a leaky bathroom sink drain I had them back to head up the installation of new kitchen appliances, new sink installation and to look after the whole renovation except for the granite counter tops. The professionalism of Charles and his crew was exceptional. He kept me informed as to the progress of the job, and when he said he would call, he called; when he said he would be there, he was there: all qualities that are sometimes lacking these days. I would highly recommend Charles and Tiptop Plumbing Services to friends and family alike and give them a Five Star rating.
