Vik and his crew do a quality job. He even made the effort to find the exact boards to keep the historical look. Our new porch looks great. Vik was easy to work with, although a bit more communication regarding timelines and expectations wouldâ ve been better since it was the first time weâ d worked with him. But in hindsight it was all good and we would call him again if we have any wood or painting projects.

Remodeling of kitchen island , countertops , tile work around fireplace and kitchen backsplash. Added cabinets storage to island. We were told by other contractors that the remodel was not possible. They did a remarkable job.

I had a lot of work done- complete bathroom renovation, new flooring on the entire main floor, painting rooms and kitchen cabinets, new kitchen countertops and tile work in the bathroom, fireplace and kitchen. My home looks new , the flooring, tile and painting are beautiful, and I now also have a custom fireplace. I'm very happy with the finished work and attention to detail. Vic's crew and the subcontractors did very professional work, took the time to answer my many questions and were also very friendly. I'd highly recommend this company and his subcontractors. I'll be hiring him for additional projects on my second floor and basement.

I also had Tishkov property do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. Shower, cabinets. Flooring, countertops. Complete remodeled. All the sbucontractors used by Tishkov property were professional and performed all work with high regard to quality. Tishkov property also painted the exterior and complete interier of our home. Paint job was beautiful and a quality job. I definitely would recommend Tishkov property and would use them for future jobs at my home. We are extremely pleased at the final remodeld of our kitchen and master bath. Superb job!!

Vic and his crew handled all aspects of the job in a professional manner. I really appreciated the attention to detail. The prep work they did prior to painting was top notch. I really felt that made the paint job on our house exterior came out superb. Communication was always handled in a timely manner and the job was completed on time. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the exterior paint job and highly recommend Vic (Tishkov properties) we will be using them for the painting our interior this Fall.

Despite difficult conditions - condition of existing paint and weather - they did an outstanding job of repainting our 1964 vintage home. Existing paint on soffits had been badly peeled and they were able to remove the peeling paint, prep the bare wood and the transitions to the areas that remained with the old paint (lead removal limitations) so that the finished product was a smooth finish. Viktor was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the paint finishes and was very flexible in providing the colors requested despite suppliers limitations. The value provided was top shelf. I will be hiring his company again for another project coming up.
