Not very knowledgeable

David was not a good costumer service rep.

DO NOT USE TISON SOUND and SECURITY We paid almost $2,000 dollars for shoddy pre-wire that was inoperable and we had to have corrected and new contacts installed and monies spent to correct where Tison were non viable and not working. Our wire box set up along with wiring for windows and entry were done without quality base line standards and can only be described as appalling for a brand new home. We were lied to and the services needed misrepresented. WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE WORK PERFORMED IN OUR NÃ W HOME BY TISON AND ITS BEYOND POOR QUALITY. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Update 11/19/21 The owner did reach out to me and refunded me $500

The initial person who came to quote the area did not write down a piece of info when I specifically told him what I wanted. This affected the quote amount when he said the quote amount won't change the day of install. I received a call to schedule. I received a text to confirm my appt the day before install. Install day, I received a call that the equipment was on back order. Had to reschedule for the following week. Followimg week: received a text to confirm my appt for the next day, I called instead of texting and was told that equipment was still on back order. Had to reschedule again. Received text again to confirm, I called again and was told still on back order. Appt the following week, received text to confirm where I called again, finally good to go for install. Tech were very nice, but did not install the equipment properly because was missing a piece for the projector mount and was told told it will be fixed. They returned 2 days later, they had to.move the projector back a few feet, leaving 3 holes on my ceiling from where it was originally mounted. Oh, by the way, the missing piece was still not provided but was still able to mount the projector. I was charged $150 from the original quote because important details were not written down throwing my monthly budget off. Today, I have to climb my ladder and still trying to center the picture on the projector screen because it was not tighten properly, and 2 screws are missing. Unbelievable. Horrible experience. Never again.

Good, clean workers that did a quality job.

They installed six cameras and the next day only four worked. Still waiting for repairs or installation of new ones. Installation teck said waiting for new cameras. This is three weeks now and has no reply to my emails.

Super nice people with quick service. I changed my mind of the locations of 2 cameras and the installer said that itâ s fine and will do whatever location that is needed. I highly recommend Tison.

The installer left part of the old vacuum attached to the wall or they would have a perfect score.

I am glad I went with Tison Sound and Security. David the account manager was extremely professional and respectful of my home and safe distancing. Corey the installation technician was courteous and professional. The installation took no time at all.

Jason Keye was very professional and followed through the entire project from estimate to being happy with installation. Cory was excellent installing, setting up, showing how to use. Cory is very smart, hard working and a great representive of his company. I have a very hard home with very high ceiling, skylights to work around installing. I would recommend highly Tison Sound & Security!

Very poor work. Better off hiring someone on the side than these guys. We already had our system. The salesperson visited and quoted work. Both he and the installers tried to sell me additional and unnecessary equipment. For example, both salespeople and installers tried to sell me plastic boxes to cover each of the outdoor cameras *for their protection*. Bogus! Not to mention those boxes are so ugly. They completed the job and the cameras work, but nothing was configured and the wires were just left lying haphazardly across the floor. Bad work equal to what you would get hiring *that guy someone knows*.

We hired them to do a job of adding to an existing system. We had already purchased the system and gave them the manuals for how to install it and how it interacted with our system. They said they could do it, provided a quote, their technician showed up two weeks later, broke our existing system, said he could not do the work, and left. I called them yesterday to ask what was going on and the woman said JR would call me as soon as he was free. He never called. I would not recommend them as no one needs such unprofessionalism!

The techs who came to our home knew their stuff. Quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved it. Then went further by demonstrating other features. Corey and DJ were their names. Great job fellas.

Liked working with this company. Bill my salesperson coordinated the system installation well, Ricky was an awesome technician, and the owner was very supportive and worked hard to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
