I’ve used Titan Appliance Pro three times in the past two years, and I’ll always call Mehdi first. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional, working on whatever the problem is quickly and thoroughly. He also offers repair and replace options voluntarily: option A costs $X will last X months/years, option B costs $XX, will last XX years, etc. No hard sell.

My insurance company connected me with this company. The technician visited my home to inspect my dishwasher, which was not washing dishes and emitting an unpleasant odor. I accompanied him throughout the process and observed that he only ran the dishwasher and determined that I needed to use a different type of detergent. He did not identify any issues with my appliance. When I attempted to use the dishwasher again, it flooded my kitchen. I contacted the company again, but they refused to return and did not honor the 60-day return policy if there were any issues with their diagnosis. I subsequently contacted a reputable company and was informed that my drainage system was malfunctioning and required replacement. Unfortunately, the company was unresponsive to my calls and untruthful in their communication.

I had a really great experience with Titan Appliance Pro. My appliance stopped working unexpectedly, and they were able to come out quickly and take care of the problem. The technician was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain what was wrong without trying to upsell anything.
What I appreciated most was how easy and stress-free the whole process was. They showed up on time, did quality work, and got everything running again. It’s hard to find service companies you can trust these days, but Titan Appliance Pro definitely earned my confidence. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I questioned the price. I thought it was very high $280.00- initial quote was higher than that but they went down. Just wish there was a way to detect if the price was appropriate.

Service was excellent. They sent several reminders confirming the appointment and the installers arrived on time and were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I took off half a star only because the fee seemed a little pricey, but I would definitely use them again for appliance installation or repair.

Technicians were extremely flexible with my schedule. When they arrived the quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an honest opinion on time to repair and costs. Because the part needed to be ordered and would take 2 days to arrive, and my freezer was defrosting, I elected to not repair and buy a new freezer instead. Whole experience was outstanding and I would use and recommend Titan again.

All the primary expectations were met. The techs arrived within the stated time-frame. They diagnosed the issue promptly and most important, arrived and installed the ordered part at the quoted price within two days. Issue arised on Saturday, repair completed on Tuesday.. Extremely fair assessment of the situation at hand followed by a great quote. Unbeatable by multiple other vendors. I don't Titan was honest about the itemization of parts vs. labor but the end price can not be beat. They will become my primary appliance repair technicians for the foreseeable future.

Great experience with Titan Appliance! Mehdi could not have been more helpful and professional as he fixed my fridge. Work was done in one day, even though Mehdi had to go get a spare part, so none of my food spoiled. Titan is also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Titan to anyone and would gladly use them again.

This was one of best appliance installations I ve had. They installed a front loading washer and dryer as well as pedestals for each. Both work exactly as they should. I was impressed that they were able to level them perfectly. No adjustment necessary. I will hire this company again.
