Titan did the work, as promised, on time, and performed the appraisal professionally, and got it done, right, the first time. The report was comprehensive, detailed, and included recent real estate sales in the area along with details of the sales, square footage and comparable details, and photos. I was very impressed with the report and with Titan. If you need it done fast and done correctly, look no further than Titan.
