Titan Construction Of Tacoma

Great customer service! Quickly got our roof replaced and did a great job.

Great work and amazing communication. Recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times.

We had a new "50 yr" roof put on our home in 2017 by a company we thought was reputable. That roof leaked every year because of poor installation in all aspects, decking, missing flashing, improper ventilation, etc. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience. 2-10-26 After meeting with Mikey Hernandez, owner, we hired Titan Construction to put a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Mikey is very knowledgeable about not only roofing and associated ventilation but also masonry and general construction. We were impressed by his commitment to making sure the job would be done to the highest standards with respect to the workmanship, materials used, and a timely completion in our Pacific Northwest February weather. Lead project manager Mario Iniguez is also very knowledgeable and genuine in delivering a product exceeds customer expectations. The crew of 4 are very hard workers, they removed our old roof, put down all new plywood, installed underlayment, repaired our chimney, installed all flashing, installed new ventilation, and shingles, all in 3.5 days! The site was clean each day before they left. I would encourage anyone to look at their website for further information, what is there is the truth! Excellence at a reasonable price! Titan Construction is an excellent choice for all your roofing needs! Mikey and his team (Andy, Brayan, Carlos, Hector and Mario) did excellent work replacing the roof, chimney, gutters and fascia on my 107 year old house at a very affordable rate. Mikey and his team installed the new roof on the house prior to our purchase and they did an excellent job coordinating with realtors, sellers and my wife and I. Mikey kept us informed and provided valuable insight to a couple of first time homebuyers who didn't know what they were getting into with replacing such an old roof. As new problems arose, (like the old fascia being held up by only the gutters) Mikey provided exceptional documentation and advice about how to proceed and what my options were. I felt confident in the team's workmanship and integrity throughout the entire process and never doubted for a minute that they were looking to provide us with the best possible roof before we moved in. I can't express how grateful we are for this team's patience and flexibility during the most stressful two weeks of my life You can expect quality workmanship, flexibility, honest appraisals and excellent communication when you go with Titan Construction.

We had a great experience working with Titan Construction on our roof replacement. We received several bids, and Titan stood out because they did the most thorough evaluation—inspecting both the attic and the roof itself, while some others didn’t even get up on the roof. They weren’t the cheapest, but also not the most expensive, and they worked with us to stay within our budget. Communication was excellent and the crew worked incredibly hard. During demolition I often saw them literally running materials back and forth to keep the job moving, and they stayed late on several days to stay on schedule. When unexpected issues came up, like areas needing new plywood, they explained options clearly and helped us stay within budget. They also upgraded materials—like using stainless steel nails for our saltwater climate—at no extra cost. When an old shed next to the garage caused an issue, they demoed and removed it even though it was outside the project scope. The workmanship is outstanding

The crew was very efficient and did a great job

Amazing work !!! Very professional 10/10

I recently received several bids for a roofing project, and I'm delighted to share my experience with Titan Construction. Not only were they more budget-friendly than some larger companies, but their professionalism and thoroughness during the inspection and estimate set them apart. I ultimately chose them, and I must say, I'm equally, if not more, impressed by the outstanding work they delivered. The ventilation improvements have made my house noticeably more comfortable, and I absolutely love my new roof! Highly recommend Titan for their quality service and affordability.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean, friendly and professional. Will definitely use Titan for all of the services they provide
