WSM Management hired TItan to investigate leaks in several 6th floor units and the basement. We had the foundation exposed and waterproofed. Julius did a spectacular job ensuring the plans and permit were in place and parapet rebuilt. Well executed and passed on the first inspection.

Just recently had our building inspected and the engineering report showed a ton of cracks along the facade so Titan was recommended on the Brownstoner. We tuck pointed the entire facade, replaced a section of the terrace roof, and completely gutted all 3 floors. Great workmanship and communication.

I don't understand how the previous owners let 12 layers of roof get piled on top of one another. The weight cracked 4 joists. Titan took some samples of the depth, almost 14 INCHES of roof membrane!! They came in and ripped off the entire roof in a few days, replaced the joists, installed the new decking, insulation and finished the roof as well as replaced the 3 broken skylights in a week! Fabulous, clean and professional work! Hands down great roofers and weatherproofers!!!

Hired titan to repair my old cornice and restore the facade of my townhouse. They also took care of the leaking in the foundation wall. Great and easy to work with. The foreman was always around and several neighbors gave me feedback as to how friendly and accommodating the workers were when they walked by the construction site, which was secured very well. Would recommend and hire again.

I just purchased a new townhouse in Tribeca and received some of the best communication from a contractor in years. All questions were answered and for a person who can't always be on site, the project team managed the site and did a great finish. The foreman was easy to deal with. Aktar, was his name. Very professional, great and quick communication and delivered as expected.

The facade of my 1872 home was slowly fading. I left the old cornice untouched. Titan suggesting restoring the cornice to protect the facade from having rain and snow trickle down the facade and expose the brownstone and limestone to weathering. From the moment the application to landmarks was submitted, a some back and forth, we finally got approval and the scaffold went up. Although I'm not a huge fan of walking in and out of my home with kids with a massive scaffold in front, 4.5 months later, we have a brand new cornice, and the limestone and details to the window headers and sills look beyond belief. The team was very well mannered, I was always informed of the work schedule and it was a pleasure having such professionalism displayed. My neighbors off President Street are now having their facade and interior worked on.

It's about time I had my stoop restored. It's great to have someone recommend a contractor and my colleague did just that. From the drawings to the filing, Titan handled all aspects of the LPC process and began once permits were pulled. Outstanding workmanship I must say. Very courteous workers who ensured the property was taken well care of. For those wanting to do brownstone work, it's such an intricate field of expertise and Titan surely is well experienced. They are also doing a much larger property on 8th Ave and 1st so my neighbor has his eye on the finish to begin his property. The price was right, the walkthrough of the entire scope of work was presented very well, and they were very professional in regards to communication!

Recently purchased this townhouse in Park Slope West and it needed a touch of "home" so my husband and I hired Titan to handle the project from start to finish. Our previous landlord had his interior and exterior done by them so we had a first-hand experience with them. Communication was great, Engineer and architect always came by to ensure all was going according to plan. Even with our dogs at home, the foreman on our site Khalil made sure things never went haywire while we were at work. There was so much detail such as our new custom bannisters, railings, re-did our interior steps, windows, kitchen, all the bathrooms and the decks. They did an outstanding job and ensured we were always notified of progress or if anything came up. Thank you gentlemen.

I hired Titan to restore my facade for my 1899 brownstone townhouse. They did an absolutely fantastic filing and working with my architect. They restored many of the details lost over the years. I have to admit, it was truly time consuming which was not the most convenient having scaffolding across the front of the house for 4 months. All in all, great job well done. It has been 2 years and still looks phenomenal. Keep in mind I was notified extreme weather conditions causes cracks and chips, but Aktar consistently came by every 6 months for an inspection.
