Brick, Stone or Block Wall - Install
WSM Management hired TItan to investigate leaks in several 6th floor units and the basement. We had the foundation exposed and waterproofed. Julius did a spectacular job ensuring the plans and permit were in place and parapet rebuilt. Well executed and passed on the first inspection.

Just recently had our building inspected and the engineering report showed a ton of cracks along the facade so Titan was recommended on the Brownstoner. We tuck pointed the entire facade, replaced a section of the terrace roof, and completely gutted all 3 floors. Great workmanship and communication.

I don't understand how the previous owners let 12 layers of roof get piled on top of one another. The weight cracked 4 joists. Titan took some samples of the depth, almost 14 INCHES of roof membrane!! They came in and ripped off the entire roof in a few days, replaced the joists, installed the new decking, insulation and finished the roof as well as replaced the 3 broken skylights in a week! Fabulous, clean and professional work! Hands down great roofers and weatherproofers!!!

Traditional Stucco - Install or Completely Replace
Hired titan to repair my old cornice and restore the facade of my townhouse. They also took care of the leaking in the foundation wall. Great and easy to work with. The foreman was always around and several neighbors gave me feedback as to how friendly and accommodating the workers were when they walked by the construction site, which was secured very well. Would recommend and hire again.

I just purchased a new townhouse in Tribeca and received some of the best communication from a contractor in years. All questions were answered and for a person who can't always be on site, the project team managed the site and did a great finish. The foreman was easy to deal with. Aktar, was his name. Very professional, great and quick communication and delivered as expected.

Traditional Stucco - Install or Completely Replace
The facade of my 1872 home was slowly fading. I left the old cornice untouched. Titan suggesting restoring the cornice to protect the facade from having rain and snow trickle down the facade and expose the brownstone and limestone to weathering. From the moment the application to landmarks was submitted, a some back and forth, we finally got approval and the scaffold went up. Although I'm not a huge fan of walking in and out of my home with kids with a massive scaffold in front, 4.5 months later, we have a brand new cornice, and the limestone and details to the window headers and sills look beyond belief. The team was very well mannered, I was always informed of the work schedule and it was a pleasure having such professionalism displayed. My neighbors off President Street are now having their facade and interior worked on.

Brick or Stone Siding: Repair or Partially Replace
It's about time I had my stoop restored. It's great to have someone recommend a contractor and my colleague did just that. From the drawings to the filing, Titan handled all aspects of the LPC process and began once permits were pulled. Outstanding workmanship I must say. Very courteous workers who ensured the property was taken well care of. For those wanting to do brownstone work, it's such an intricate field of expertise and Titan surely is well experienced. They are also doing a much larger property on 8th Ave and 1st so my neighbor has his eye on the finish to begin his property. The price was right, the walkthrough of the entire scope of work was presented very well, and they were very professional in regards to communication!

Recently purchased this townhouse in Park Slope West and it needed a touch of "home" so my husband and I hired Titan to handle the project from start to finish. Our previous landlord had his interior and exterior done by them so we had a first-hand experience with them. Communication was great, Engineer and architect always came by to ensure all was going according to plan. Even with our dogs at home, the foreman on our site Khalil made sure things never went haywire while we were at work. There was so much detail such as our new custom bannisters, railings, re-did our interior steps, windows, kitchen, all the bathrooms and the decks. They did an outstanding job and ensured we were always notified of progress or if anything came up. Thank you gentlemen.

I hired Titan to restore my facade for my 1899 brownstone townhouse. They did an absolutely fantastic filing and working with my architect. They restored many of the details lost over the years. I have to admit, it was truly time consuming which was not the most convenient having scaffolding across the front of the house for 4 months. All in all, great job well done. It has been 2 years and still looks phenomenal. Keep in mind I was notified extreme weather conditions causes cracks and chips, but Aktar consistently came by every 6 months for an inspection. Thank you gentlemen!

My wife and I hired titan to add an addition to our house. I called and was scheduled to have the house looked. They created the plans and within 2 months the foundation work began. We just finished the additional sunroom we built. From the foundation, to the windows and to the finishing trims, they did a terrific job. Superb professionalism. After an intense month of moving from room to room, my apartment is finally complete in time for Christmas. I just re-did my apartment with a more open layout and after assessing my options HomeAdvisor helped me find the right contractor. The two month wait for worth while. I had my new layout drawn out by Aktar, and Jeff helped lead the project to completion. All finishes were discussed and although his was a time consuming project, and I hate to mention that Titan is on the pricier end, I can't leave out that their expertise and professionalism is beyond me. Thank you guys! I can share insight if anyone's interested! I have so much natural light coming in and this is now my family's new hangout destination.

Our warehouse had several leaks and after a walkthrough, realized how much pooling was present slowly disintegrating the membrane. Had over a dozen contractors come by but felt the most comfortable with Titan's reputation. They were in and out in 4 days and now theyre back replacing the concrete floor.

without a doubt a clean finish! You can tell how comfortable they are with what they do. I took down the entire front patio and what sort of was a garden at some point. I completely had my patio torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. I was hesitant due to the extent of the project about liability considering my neighbor had a stop-work order since their contractor did not pull or was not qualified to do work or pull permits. 3 weeks later i have a fabulous granite patio, steps and phenomenal look to my house! Just called them back Monday to re-do my entire roof and install skylights :)

I called Titan after looking up their reviews and right off the bat I loved my experience. They were very courteous and professional in their approach. I was given a walk through of the step by step approach to how I would re-do my entire penthouse. They suggested new layout plans and provided new drawings and the end result was a beautiful new open concept home with just enough privacy to feel comfortable having guests over. It was a constant back and forth but I'm extremely pleased with the end result!

I contacted Titan to re-do our penthouse and it came out lovely. They walked us through the steps, updated us on drawings and were very open to feedback and now we have a wonderful apartment with beautiful skylights and a staircase to the upper level that is the centerpiece of it all! I had my facade restored and wanted to create intricate designs to my stoops and window sills and drawings needed to be submitted to Landmarks. Titan was professional in their approach, they have an architect and engineer who walked me through the entire process of getting my property approved by Landmarks and pulling DOB permits. The construction manager is always on site. They're expecting to finish in early October. So far, loving the work!

Titan provided excellent workmanship. They were always on time and although it took some time to schedule an appointment, they walked me to through all I needed to get done. They make great suggestions and they left the decision to me. I called them back 2 months after getting several quotes, but had to stick to the higher price. I didnt want to get work done and end up having it redone a year later.

Great company with outstanding knowledge. My neighbor had their brownstone stoops re-done and I had them repair my foundation wall. Sal walked me through the process of what permits I need and how to go about as a means of educating the consumer! Would highly recommend Titan!

Traditional Stucco - Install or Completely Replace
My basement has been leaking so I had my backyard ripped apart and waterproofed the foundation wall with stucco. i felt very comfortable with how the work was done. they put on the first scratch coat and let it cure for 4 days and came back to put the final coat. Really nice job. i received a good price and job was done in a good amount of time.

They were very detailed with their work and did everything I asked! I ordered top notch shingles to be installed onto my roof and was afraid the workers would do a mediocre job but to my surprise it came out exactly how I wanted it. I was even more surprised at how fast they were able to complete the project. Will definitely hire again for future projects!

Very impressed by their workmanship. After going through a dozen contractors, I wasnt sure if i was being underpriced or overpriced. Sal was very courteous, knew what he was doing and made sure I was part of the entire process. I had my patio, driveway and backyard paved (came out amazinggggg), re-did tiles in my bathrooms, and repainted all the railings. I wouldnt change contractors.
