We recently had a deck built by Titan Decks LLC, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They checked in regularly, kept us updated on progress, and were always available to answer questions. One thing I really appreciated was how much time they spent helping us understand our options. They showed us different material choices, explained the pros and cons, and worked with us to come up with a design that fit what we wanted at a fair price. The best part is that the finished deck looks just like the design we agreed on. What stood out the most was how they treated our project. It was probably a smaller job compared to some of the larger projects they do, but we never felt that way. They gave us the same attention, professionalism, and care from beginning to end. After everything was finished, they even followed up to make sure we were happy with the final result. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you're looking for a company that communicates well, does quality work, and genuinely cares about its customers, I would definitely recommend this company

We needed a ramp built for our elderly dogs and wanted something built to last and help us age in our home. Kyle has hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with the past 29 years. He presented a beautiful rendering design and he built something so much better The ramp was very well built to last with large foundation and beautiful Timber Tek decking offset by vinyl railing.
