SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! ! Jody Butler is a SCAM! Stay away, he will take your money and run! Will start by telling you all you'd like to hear, get you to hire him, makes it look like he knows what he is doing then asks you to pay in full ahead of time, leaving you hanging, promising he will come back to finish and never again showing up! He even changed phone numbers so you cant reach him. He seems to be running from State to State after he scams people. So much for his 5 yr work "warranty". Jody, how can you live with yourself??? And HomeAdvisor, you need to do better background checks on the people you recommend.
