Daren and his team did a good job with gate instalation, however lack of accountability with follow-up regarding issues after installation. It took forever to get a receipt of services rendered. My gate was completed on 7/28/25. I start having issues after 7 months. Within 7 months my battery needed to be replaced, which was assessed by another company as Daren was giving me the run arounds. He offered to reimburse me the fee I paid another company and never did. When I followed up with him, no response. I would not use this company (Titan Fence Company. I will share pictures of my text communications.

In May 2022, I hired Daran Free to install a steel fence. Our contract stated ?All material and labor comes with a 20 year warranty.?, with no mention of limitations, exclusions or voidances, or that it was a supplier's or manufacturer's warranty. In July 2025, I noticed areas of the fence rusting and notified Mr. Free they needed replaced (see photos). Over the next 5 months, Mr. Free engaged in stall tactics, stated his supplier would void the warranty if sprinklers hit the fence and fabricated a story of the supplier coming to my house to take rust and water samples to send to a lab (I have security video evidence). I explained his supplier warranty his was between him & the supplier & had nothing to do with the warranty he provided me (the supplier was not party to our contract). Now Mr. Free refuses to return messages. I?m sure Mr. Free will reply to this with a poor attempt to disparage me, as he?s done with other negative reviews. You can believe who you like.

Great job, I was not home when they came out and performed the work. I was able to watch what was going on with the home security system. The team did an excellent job and took a few hours to complete. They cleaned up and left when they finished the install. When me and th wife got home, my wife was very pleased with what they did, happy wife happy life.

Very professional and at the best overall value of other companies. Very honest company and some of the hardest working guys Iâ ve ever ever hired. They did 300â iron fence with automatic gate in very short time frame. Which included removing a very intwined chain link fence. The galvanized and powder coating new fence will insure decades of fence integrity. I couldnâ t be more impressed!!
