Titan Flooring is a very professional and well priced company. Every part of our project which included wood floor refinishing, wood stairs and new Wood flooring install, was exceptional. Do yourself a favor and call Brian Draznin owner of Titan Flooring to discuss your project. The entire project was completed on-time, within budget and the communication is excellent. Highly recommend Titan Flooring for anyone looking for the most stress free experience you can expect.

From the moment we started working with Brian, owner of Titan Flooring, we knew we were in good hands. The master bathroom in our house was stuck in another decade and was in desperate need of an upgrade. There was an old bath-fitter type shower that we wanted to replace with a stand up as well as new flooring in the master and the kid's bath. After finding Brian through recommendations on NextDoor and seeing some of his work, I reached out to him for a quote and within a day or two he was over to check out the project. My husband and I discussed all of the details of our project with him. He listened to what we wanted and, since this was our first bathroom demo, he provided guidance to us and explained our different options. Shortly after we received the estimate and decided to move forward. We did have to wait about 3 months to get on his calendar which was ok as I was weary to hire a contractor that had little work and open availability. Once Brian started the project, he worked tirelessly to get our project done and get it done right. It ended up taking him a little over a week to complete the project which was the same timeframe he told us at the time of the estimate. He was in constant communication with us and helped to guide us on any questions we had. We ended up adding a couple additional features along the way, and he did it with no problem. He brought our vision to life and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. 100% suggest that you go through Brian with Titan Flooring!

Wonderful experience. Our floors look fantastic. Brian & his team really care about the quality & beauty of their work. We didn't know what to expect, having never had wood floors installed before. Brian kept us in the loop of all important decisions, and we felt very much like a part of his team. Since our job involved flooring for a 1/2 bath, Brian provided recommendations for who to hire for the associated plumbing tasks. We felt very much "heard" as far as the color of stain used, and know that Brian wants satisfied customers. We've already got Titan on the books for work on our stairway rails & balusters this Fall. Happy to be a repeat customer.

Brian Draznin, owner of Titan Flooring, is the best. He remodeled our master bathroom and did some work in a hall bathroom. He removed the old tub, flipped the plumbing and created a beautiful new larger tiled shower in the tub space. He also installed new tile floor, replaced vanity, mirrors and light fixtures and toilet. He is totally reliable, honest, quality craftsman, easy to work with and extremely responsible. When contacting initially, Brian comes out, gives an estimate and puts you on the schedule. He is very organized and ALWAYS calls you back! He is flexible with changes and helps with determining the best plan. When we asked for different stuff, he worked with us to get the job done. Brian's work shows excellent attention to detail and problem solving. We are extremely impressed by his skill and craftsmanship. His tile work is amazing! (Ask about the 'envelope ' cut tile shower floor...less grout!) We are so lucky to have found him and highly recommend him to all. Would and will hire him again and again!!!

Our bathroom was gutted to by us (the homeowners) due to a water leak. Titan Flooring installed the main tile flooring - nice job. The shower, however, looks like an amateur did the work. The shower floor tile is out of alignment from the front to the back almost 1/2 inch. It is very obvious! The tiles on the walls (side to front and back) do not match up. We brought up the issues to Brian, and he tried saying it was because the walls were off. He installed the Kerdi Board! It could have been fixed with shims. We had to tell him to remove wall tiles that were not flush. There are still some that are very obviously not flush. We overpaid for poor workmanship.
Response from Titan Flooring, Inc.
"1) The floor tiles are square to the front door and the shower. They ran off a Stabila floor line laser. 2) The shower floor tile is started from the drain, square to plumbing wall, and worked out to the walls. 3) I told you at the start of install the tiles said they are imperfect to mimic the artisan look. I showed you with 1/3 of the large wall done and was told to go on with the install. 4) I showed your husband the tiles starting level in the corners of the shower walls and showed him they had height variations up to 3/16? between individual 3? tiles! I gave you multiple brands w/ flat perfect tile and you chose these cheap ones despite."

Brian did a great job for both the walk-in shower and main floor tile remodel for our master bathroom. He provided sound advice in both which products to use and how best to configure the work. The upfront estimates for labor and materials were very accurate and aligned with the actual final cost. Furthermore, Brian was very conscientious in the quality of his work and keeping us apprised as the project progressed. I would definitely recommend Titan Flooring and hire Brian again for other projects.

Even though it was a small job Brian did not cut corners. He taped sheeting in the door way and vanity to minimize dust. I had grout work done on my travertine floor and he recaulked my shower. The best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time.
Response from Titan Flooring, Inc.
"Thank you so much Nanette! It was a pleasure working for you. I hope we get a chance to refinish your hardwood next!"

Brian was awesome to work with. He came out and did a great job installing the laminate on our staircase. I was an idiot and stepped on one of the stair noses before the glue had cured, so I called Brian and he was out the next morning to fix it. I would recommend Brian and Titan Flooring to friends and family alike. If you want a prompt and courteous professional, I suggest calling Brian.
Response from Titan Flooring, Inc.
"Thanks a lot, Lou! It was a pleasure working on your stairs and your stone ledger fireplace! And it was no problem coming back out to fix the small mishap! We appreciate your business and do our very best to keep you as a lifelong customer!"
