I hired Ky last year to install holiday lighting and I bought lights from them also and they were storing my lights for the year, I called Ty around mid to late October to let them know I was interested i scheduling an install, I have put in about for 3 -4 calls, the one time I talk to Ky, I said I needed a date, since then no return call, their VM is full

they were all really good. jen was very personable, the owner came out also, he was very informative with lights they had. he even customized the lights for me. over all I would say they met my expectations.

They showed up late but once they got here they did a great job we had a lot of lights it took a while but they stayed until the job was done even though it started to get dark and started sprinkling.

I paid them $500.00 to put up my lights and they did a fair job putting them up. As part of the agreement they were also supposed to take down the lights, which they never did. It is now April 6th and they still have not taken down my lights. I call Ky regularly and he always has an excuse for not taking them down. I finally had somebody else take most of the lights down but not all of them are down. Ky will no longer return my phone calls and I don't believe he ever intended to take my lights down. I will never use this company again.

"When we went to remove customers lights in January they were already taken down so we left. Customer called in march and asked when we were going to take her lights down. I explained when we went by to remove the lights they had already been removed. Customer informed us that she had gutters installed and they took the lights down on the front of the house. There were some lights still up around the front door that we did go back and remove."

Did not show up on the date they were supposed to install and no phone call to let me know. Also gave me a quote over the phone and expected me to pay moe money when they completed the job . This guy is not a business man what so ever

I contacted Northwest Holiday Lighting to install lights on our 2-story house, and Ky (the owner) was prompt in getting back to me to schedule a time. A crew of four very personable and courteous young men just finished putting up the lights, and they did a wonderful job! They made sure all the bulbs were working, and did some trouble-shooting to figure out why one strand wasn't lighting up. I would highly recommend this company, and plan to use them again.
