I had waited four days for an other plumber to show up and when they did,they immediately said we can do it because it was contracted with Lowe's. I called TITAN and they arrived in two hours and after picking up a new water heater and needed materials, they returned and installed the new unit in less than two hours. Both David and his assistant, Omar were very professional and did a perfect job. Next time I need any installation done, I certainly will not go with Lowe's, but directly with TITAN PLUMBING and avoid the four day wait. I was especially pleased with the promptness of service. I will definitely use TITAN again.

AMAZING! Called around for quotes and Titan Plumbing not only, 1) had the best price! (And that was before they currently had a promotion going on, so even better!) But 2) they were the only ones who were eager to have someone come out that same day or work with your schedule!!! They showed up early, had face masks on and very polite! Luis and Carlos took a look at my water heater and right away could tell what was the issue was just based off what I explained what was wrong. I appreciate a company and their employees that aren't trying to hike up the prices and get a much as they can! They could have gone with the more expensive route but seen a better solution that wasn't going to cost me hundreds of dollars!!! I now have hot water again and it took them less than 30 minutes to fix my water heater! WOW! Thank you Luis and Carlos!!!! Couldn't have had a better experience!!!!!
