Very experienced (Gregory Casper), friendly, informative, willing to answer all me questions. Recommended CLR for toilet blockage problem. Not sure yet if it will work. Offered to replace toilet at fair price if required. Highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone with plumbing (toilet) problems.
