I had worries about finding a contractor as my situation was complicated. My father is a self-described agoraphobe and can be quite the cantankerous old Scot (love this man!); he also had an incredibly old and leaking roof on his home causing him great distress. I live out of country and needed a contractor willing to work with me to get this done; Titan Remodel Services met the mark. The bid was professional and fairly quoted. My father was overwhelmed with the process, as anticipated, but Rick CC'd me on everything which allowed me to help my dad through it. It took several months for my dad to be comfortable enough to sign and Rick was gracious enough to honor the original bid and to fit him into the season's schedule. My father was upset with a delay in starting the job; however this was during the supply delays due to COVID and the season had already been booked out several months in the time it took for him to sign the job. During the job Rick was kind and patient with my dad, even under extreme circumstances (father's neighbors under foot, critiquing the work, being accused off this, that, and another.) Rick took it all in stride and finished the job beautifully. I would highly recommend Titan Remodel Services if you're looking for a contractor who can give you honest opinions on your project, fair pricing, and an excellent quality of workmanship. For my family, he went above and beyond and showed the utmost respect on an easy job with difficult circumstances.

Provided a detailed bid of what they would do and what I could expect and then did just that. I waited almost 10 months after the bid to do the work and they still honored the price, which was 50% lower than my only other reasonable bid. As they progressed through the work, they asked me to see what they were doing and what they were going to do next. House looks great. And they were willing to work on a small job, had several others not even bid because they only work large projects. I'd use Titan again, without any reservations.

It is POURING RAIN today, which is the true test of the work that Titan Remodel Services did for us back in June. We are dry inside! Rick is very professional and the work was very professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

Rick and his team did an excellent job from start to finishâ quality work and excellent customer service from start to finish. We have a glass roof over our patio and the posts holding it up had significant wood rot. It also had some decorative arches that needed to be replaced once the posts were changed. Rick was thoughtful in assessing the work, clearly communications the obstacles and options, and thorough in accomplishing the job. He and his worker were professional and positive throughout the project. We would definitely hire them again.

I am thrilled with my exterior remodel and impressed with Rick and company. A little background on the project. While my research began with replacing my rotten decks, the final scope of the project was a complete residing of the house. I elected to remove the decks in favor of replacing the old cedar siding with new fiber cement siding, new doors and paint. Throughout the decision process, Rick was patient, responsive, thorough and helpful. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure the best outcome. My neighbors say it looks like a new house and improved the neighborhood!
