I could only click one item up there but Titan redid our siding, windows, and doors. Basically, they gave us a brand new house! We were so happy with the work that we immediately asked them to take our screen patio and install windows. Magical transformation! They did great work. Especially with the windows. We have an old house and I still am amazed at the work they did getting the new ones in. With all the construction in mid-TN and supply chain issues, we had to be patient but it was worth the wait. Wonderful work. Thank you all!
Very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of my new windows. Installers were very professional and installed the windows in a few hours. Salesman did a great job of estimating the total cost and there were no surprises or hidden costs. The only issue to note was the wait time. Windows were manufactured and shipped way past the 5 week delivery estimated date.
Titan is fabulous! Always willing to help and make you happy. supervisor in siding knows his stuff and always makes it right no matter what. He can solve just about any problem. supervisor will always make you smile. Great team. Highly recommend them!!
Great showroom and awesome group of people. Very knowledgeable about window products, competitive pricing.
The staff is amazing! Very happy with the service and installation of my two new bottom window. Titan & team were very professional and did a neat and tidy job. I hope I do not experience any more seal failure but if I do I know who to call!
Titan Remodeling and the rest of the team are incredible! I had a hard to find sliding glass door part and they dropped everything they were doing to help me out. Thanks so much guys!
They took over 10 months to do a shotty job that had a 4-month max deadline. The siding is still falling off the house and they just send random crews to **fix** it. The work provided is horrible and lets tons of water in. If you want a sealed house do not use them. If you want swimming pools in your downstairs then by all means they can handle that. I have brand new wood framing and flooring being rotted because of their shotty work and they wont do anything to fix it. Im now at a point where I will be out of pocket to hire someone else to fix it. The overall fitment of the product is horrible. Compared to equivalent houses their overall finish looks incomplete. Their customer service is horrible they could not even tell me who was handling my job. There is no accountability within the company. They kept delaying my job until I asked for a refund at which point they scheduled me in oh how I wish I would have taken that refund. I could continue for days with the problems they have caused me as a homeowner but I will not. I highly recommend not using them! Id give them negative stars if it would let me.

Thank you for the kind review Calvin, as well as your repeat business! We look forward to installing those windows soon!
Buyer Beware!!! Titan Remodeling was hired to install a screen porch over our existing deck in the summer of 2018. The product they installed, Four Seasons Building Products, was very nice; however, the two man crew installed the wall panels backwards which, in turn, made the screens be installed on the inside of the tracks instead of the outside. It is a constant battle to try to keep the tracks clean of leaves and debris. I checked with the Screen Room product manufacturer and they stated that the proper way to install them was on the outside, but if the enclosure was several stories up, it could be installed with them on the inside so that they could be changed or repaired more easily. Mine is only a couple of feet off the ground, so no need to install backwards. There was also a roof leak. I contacted Titan many times trying to get them to come out and look at the problems. Finally, nine months later the owner came out and looked at it. His answer as to why they installed the screens on the inside was, We installed them this way due to the ease of service, if ever required. It is a personal preference, dictated by the installers . He said we could install a separate screen on the outside, but it was not something he would be covering. He stated he no longer did screen rooms as "The men who came to work for me proved unreliable, causing customers to get upset." He did send out a roofer to look at the leak and he made his recommendation to Titan as to how they would fix it. However, to this day, nearly two years later nothing has ever been done! Titan Remodeling website states, Satisfaction Guarantee We treat every project with the respect it deserves, and do not stop until you are satisfied. Well, we are not satisfied!
Hi Ken & Linda, I am truly sorry that 2 years later, you are not happy with the screen room, but we have a signed completion certificate from you stating you were 100% happy with the installation, and the final payment was made? As we have previously communicated to you, "our screen rooms are installed with the screen on the inside. We installed them this way due to the ease of service if ever required. It is a personal preference, dictated by the installers, and does not void any manufacturer warranty or go against manufacturer specifications." Upon multiple inspections, it was found there are no workmanship problems with the screen room that would require disassembly and re-installation. Here is the language for step 1 from the manufacturer's spec sheet for reference, as I have previously emailed to you. 1) Determine whether the fiberglass screen will be installed from the interior or exterior of the screen room, and ensure all screen channels face the same direction.
